I've had a lot of positive experiences with meditation, especially mindfulness meditation so I highly recommend beginning some sort of practice.
I recommend a mindfulness walking meditation program for several reasons. First, I have more experience with mindfulness walking so I know the benefits because I've experienced them first-hand and second, we all walk anyway, so why not practice mediation while we walk.
Major Benefit of Mindfulness Walking Meditation
One of the major benefits of walking mindfully is a clear head. After only 2 or 3 weeks of walking mindfully you are able to think clearly and you're able to see things differently.
Another benefit of meditation is a straight back. When you meditate your posture will improve 100%. You'll walk more erect and you won't experience any more back pain because your posture is perfect.
